What are the advantages of therapy tubs with heated seats for seniors?

Heated seats or backrests can make a walk-in therapy tub feel more comfortable while it fills and drains. They are separate from water heating, and availability and controls vary by model. Compare the seating surface, temperature controls, electrical work and warranty as part of the installed price. Heat should not be treated as a guaranteed remedy for stiffness or pain; people with reduced sensation should check suitability before use.
