How do walk-in tubs with adjustable water jets benefit seniors with muscle tension?

Adjustable water jets let a walk-in tub user change the massage sensation and, on some models, its direction. This may feel soothing for muscle tension, but comfort varies and strong jets are not appropriate for everyone. Check the controls, jet positions and cleaning instructions. Compare the added cost with the benefit you expect, and discuss persistent pain or heat sensitivity with your clinician.
